1 AREA OF USE

This standard applies to electric passenger, hospital, cargo and cargo small elevators (hereinafter - elevators).

Standard does not apply to elevators:

Freight paving;

Ship;

Special purpose;

For work in buildings and premises related to categories A and B * in the explosion and fire hazard;

To work in premises with aggressive pairs or gas gases;

To work in conditions of moisture condensation in a mine or machine room, loss of inlet or ice formation on equipment.

* Categories of buildings and premises in the explosion and fire hazard are determined at the design stages of buildings and structures in accordance with the requirements of national fire hazard.

The requirements of this standard are mandatory.

Mandatory requirements for the quality of elevators that ensure their safety for the life, health and property of the population, environmental protection are set out in Section 5.

2 Regulatory references

1 AREA OF USE

This standard applies to electric passenger, hospital, cargo and cargo small elevators (hereinafter - elevators).

Standard does not apply to elevators:

Passenger at rated speed (hereinafter referred to as speed) 2.0 m / s or more;

Freight paving;

Ship;

Special purpose;

For work in buildings and premises related to categories A and B * in the explosion and fire hazard;

To work in premises with aggressive pairs or gas gases;

Mandatory requirements for the quality of elevators that ensure their safety for the life, health and property of the population, environmental protection are set out in the section.

2 Regulatory references

This standard uses references to the following standards and state supervision documents:

The main parameters and dimensions of electrical freight elevators - according to GOST 8823.
