When the glue is driving, connect the swivel plates with a 22-millimeter cut of the threaded stud with cap nuts (Fig. 2).

Z. In four wheels with a diameter of 32 mm, make 9 mm axial holes (Photo I). 4. When the coating completely dry, apply some glue on the walls of the holes before inserting the axis in them. Re-assemble the details of the rotary mechanism, applying a red sealant-fix-torque for the ends of the threaded studs. Tighten the nuts so that the answer turned and rose without much effort and remained fixed in any position.
