1. General safety requirements

1.1. This Labor Protection Instructions for the driver of the Freight Machine (hereinafter referred to as the instruction) establishes the basic safety requirements for drivers using transport machinery (universal-cleaning machines, snow loads, auto and electric goods loaders, electrocars, electrical trains) for the cleaning of railway stations, Station and stopping points.

1.2. Persons not under the 18 years have been allowed to work on servicing transport and cleaning machines, which have passed prior medical examination, introductory and primary instructions in the workplace, training, internship and testing of knowledge.

During the work, driving machines (hereinafter referred to as drivers) should be repeated, at least once every three months, and unscheduled instructions, as well as periodic medical examinations.

In order to determine the state of health and the absence of alcohol and other narcotic substances in the body of the driver of alcohol and other drugs, drivers must pass daily (before the start of shift) medical examinations.

1.3. Drivers serving transport and cleaning machines are required to have an identity for the right to manage them, know the rules of the road, the main sections of the Instructions on the alarm on the railways of Ukraine, the relevant sections of the rules of technical exploitation of the railways of Ukraine. In addition, drivers serving cars with a license plate are required to have a driver's license issued by the State Automotive Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

1.4. Each transport and cleaning machine must be fixed behind a specific driver. Another employee who has the right to manage it can be allowed to work on this machine only to resolve the head of the workshop or the main mechanic.

1.6. The driver should know:

features of driving machines in adverse weather conditions and main techniques for the prevention of road accidents;

instructions for technical operation and maintenance of the machine;

security requirements when working with trailed and attachments, mechanisms and adaptations;

1.7. The driver must:

perform only the work entrusted to the head on the machine attached;

comply with the safety rules when repairing the car on line and in the garage;

own safe work techniques;

perform the requirements for prohibiting, warning, indicative and prescriptive signs and inscriptions, as well as signals submitted by machinists, trains, drivers of other vehicles and workers engaged in repair work on the territory of the railway station, railway station;

1.8. The driver is prohibited:

1.9. Checking the technical condition of the transport and cleaning machine should be carried out before traveling to work by a duty mechanic responsible for its good condition and is confirmed by the mark of the responsible person and the driver's signature in the instruction - the task (track sheet).

1.10. During the management of the driver's transport machine on the driver, the following main dangerous and harmful production factors can affect:

moving vehicles, mechanisms, rolling stock;

falling from the height of items;

increased dust and gas supply of the working area;

increased noise level in the workplace;

increased level of vibration;

increased voltage value in the electrical circuit, the closure of which can occur through the human body;

insufficient illumination of the working area;

reduced or elevated temperature, increased humidity and air mobility working area;

physical overload;

nervous mental overload.

1.11. The driver must be ensured by the following SIZ:

cotton costume;

cloaks from cloak tent or tarpaulin (in the absence of a closed cabin);

combined mittens;

Outdoor works in winter additionally:

felt boots;

1.12. The driver must fulfill the following fire safety requirements:

do not smoke and do not use open fire when checking the engine power system and while working in the cockpit;

do not produce work related to the use of open fire, electrode ward, soldering lamps, torches;

do not burn the container and do not breed fires near the car;

do not store explosive substances in the cockpit or body, flammable and combustible fluids;

on all malfunctions of electrical appliances and electrical equipment to immediately communicate the duty mechanics;

with the appearance of a sharp smell of gasoline while driving immediately stop the car, reveal the reason for its appearance and eliminate the malfunction;

smoking only in allocated and fitted places.

1.13. Personal clothes and workwear must be stored separately in the cabinets in the dressing room. To carry out overalls outside the enterprise is prohibited.

1.14. The driver is obliged to follow the health of the workwear, timely renting it in washing and repair, as well as contain lockers clean and order.

1.15. Eva eating only in canteens, buffets, or specially designated rooms with appropriate equipment. Before meals, you need to thoroughly wash your hands with warm water with soap.

1.16. When on the railway tracks, the driver is obliged to comply with the following requirements:

to the place of work and from work to pass only by specially installed routes indicated by the "Service Pass" pointers;

1.17. The driver is prohibited:

1.20. When violations of this instruction are found, as well as malfunctions of the machine, equipment, tools, protective devices, personal protective equipment, the driver is obliged to inform the mechanics of the garage without a delay, and in his absence - a higher leader.

1.21. The driver's knowledge and performance of the requirements of this Instruction are a duty, and their violation is a violation of labor discipline, which entails, depending on the consequences, disciplinary or other liability in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Security requirements before work

2.1. Upon receipt of the outfit - tasks (track leaf), the driver must familiarize himself with the working conditions, with the reason for the retractable or transported cargo.

2.2. Before leaving for a job, the driver must check:

availability of certificate for the right to control the vehicle;

the correctness of the filling of the outfit - tasks (travel sheet) and sign in it;

technical operation of the machine guaranteeing the safety of work;

feebility of brakes, clutches of clutch, friction, speed switching box;

reliability of fastening of levers and steering, as well as a steering backlash;

tire condition and pressure in them;

feebility of lighting devices, stop signals, turning pointers, sound (expressing) signal;

no leakage of fuel, oil, water, antifreeze;

3.2. Safety requirements when working on a universal harvesting machine
