My faith bought itself Nissan Almera 2013 Comfort equipment. This package does not provide for music and I, flatly forboving it to order music as an additional extraction, I decided to install everything myself.

A feature of this configuration is that regular R16 columns are already installed in the front doors, and there are no wiring columns for future columns. Staten columns, it was decided to replace.

So, we need to do the following:
1 - organize wiring for the rear speakers

IMPORTANT

So, let's begin. Here we need:
- Good mood (for work)
-1 Magnetola (JVC KW-R400) (2DIN)
-2 Set of columns on the front (JBL GT6-6 6.5 ")
-3 Set of rear speakers (Alpine SXE-1725S 6.5 ")
-4 wire acoustic (8 meters)
-5 rings mounting (4 pieces R16 15 mm thickness)
-6 vibroplast (1 sheet)

7 Acoustic terminals (on "+" and on "-" for 4 pcs)
-8 drill and drill on metal (better for 3 mm)
-9 screwdriver set (required to be an asterisk)
-10 pliers and pliers
-11 Self-tapping screws with a wide thread 35 mm (10-12 pcs)
-12 Isol

-13 ISO adapter (NS-04)

-14 Adapter for antenna (unfortunately I do not remember the model)

Begin!

Remove the front panel from the torpedoes. To remove it is necessary to take the bottom and pull on yourself, thanks to the effort it will be pulled off.

We unscrew with a screwdriver 4 screwdriver 4 screws that hold two metal bases, the latter in turn are screwed to the plastic box and the bar. (Instead of them in this picture, my radio). These bases can easily be fastened to a 2x-dynamic magnetol, and even the frame will not need.

After removing the plastic bar and the box, we will see a regular connector for an antenna (1) and ISO (2). For which we also have adapters, which were mentioned above.

We take the acoustic wire and spend it through a hole where our radio tape recorder stands under the bottom of the torpedo

Under the torpedo, we conduct and fix (by Hamututs, with a tape, 2-sided scotch, at least))) wire to the front door stand. (All wire I decided to exhibit)

Remove plastic facing thresholds

And remove the veneer of the central door rack

We carry out the wire under the trim next to the threshold to the central door rack.

We raise the wire on the central stand to the hole
and put it in the cord,

So we will get to the door

We clean the wire and wear acoustic terminals on the ends (black - minus - small terminal; Red Plus - Large Clemma)

We put the facing of the rack and the threshold in place.

Thus, the wiring for the rear doors is ready.

After we stretched the wire for speakers in the rear doors, the following remains:
2 - Set speakers in the rear doors
3 - Replace regular speakers in the front doors
4 - Install the radio, power it and connect our columns to it

We will take the installation of the columns in the door, everything is simple here.

To begin with, removing the door trim. For this you need:

Remove the windows handle. A screwdriver must be picked up and pull out the bracket. Like on a picture

Remove the facing that is located around the door handle (it is not difficult to drop)

We remove the plastic thing (sorry for my not literacy in the names of many details). It is also easily cleaned with a flat screwdriver

Remove 2 screws

Remove the trim, which keeps only at the expense of pistons. For this you need to take up the bottom edge and gently, but strongly draw on yourself)

After removal, we will see such a picture. This fontoam curtain of course needs to tear off.

Now the most interesting thing:

We take a vibroplast and cut out the gasket for our rings

Glue ring from vibroplast on the door

Drill a drill 4 holes with a drill by 3 mm

And screw the ring of the ring to the door on the resulting gasket from the vibroplast

From the vibroplast, I draw another ring and glue it over the received podium

Now connect the column. (Acoustic terminals were harvested) and secured column on the screws to the ring

We dress the door trim in the reverse order.

2 Stage of our work is ready

Everything is simple and without pictures:
-Net the cover of the front door,
- Recall the column,
- cut the regular wire that feeds the column,
- Come on it acoustic terminals
- So, as described above, we produce podiums and freamed to them new columns (as well as in the rear doors)
- Let the front door trim

4th and final stage connecting columns to radio

At this stage, we have the following:
- New speakers in the front doors that are connected to the standard wiring and go to the future radio tape recorder through the standard ISO output
- New columns in the rear doors for which a new wiring is arranged. The latter in turn is not connected anywhere and simply "sticking out" in the form of 2 acoustic wires from the torpedo

It's time to connect speakers to the radio. I decided not to mount the wires from the rear speakers in the standard ISO output, thus avoid unnecessary wroks, but to mount them in the adapter acquired ISO.

For this:

We take our adapter NS-04

We find on it 4 wires with inscriptions: Right Rear Negative; Right Rear Positive; Left Rear Negative; Left Rear Positive (2 Purple and 2 Green Wires, respectively)

Cut them in the middle

We clean the ends described above

We clean the ends of the wires that go from the columns of the rear doors

We connect a twisted pair of the Right Rear Negative wire with black from the right column; Right Rear Positive with red from the right column;

Left Rear Negative with black from the left column; LEFT REAR POSITIVE with red from the left column.
Isolate everything that happened.

Connect the standard ISO through an ISO acquired adapter to the radio. In the same way, but already through an antenna adapter, connect the antenna.

We screw the radio for 4 screws into the torpedo.

That's all.

Thanks to our work, we get a good sound. And, which turned out to be very important for my second half, a very aesthetic type of radio tape recorder.
