Cooking method

  1. Wash fresh cucumbers with a brush, cut into thin half rings, without peeling.
  2. Rinse lettuce leaves and green onion feathers under running water from earth and sand. Remove all wrinkled and flaccid areas. Tear the leaves into small pieces with your hands.
  3. Chop the green onion with a sharp knife.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl, season with sour cream and vinegar, sprinkle with sugar and add spices to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 200-300 g lettuce mix
  • 5-6 cucumbers
