  • 2 eggs
  • 60 gr butter
  • half a teaspoon of salt

  • 420 gr flour
  • 200 gr boiled condensed milk
  • 200 gr peanuts
  • 1 yolk

Starting the process

  1. First of all, we heat the milk and send the yeast and flour, previously sifted, into it.
  2. Then add eggs, granulated sugar, vanillin, salt and softened butter.
  3. We mix everything well. Then knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then we remove the "approach" in a warm place for an hour and a half.
  5. Heat up a dry frying pan and add the peanuts to it. We dry it and grind it in a way convenient for you.
  6. Now put the condensed milk in a separate container and add the prepared peanuts. Mix well.
  7. After the required time has elapsed, divide the dough into 25 parts. We form balls from them and leave them under the film for a while to “rest”.
  8. Then we need to roll them into small cakes and put 1 teaspoon of the prepared filling on half of each.
  9. Then we make an incision along the filling to half the cake. We wrap the workpiece in a flower. We do this with each cake.
  10. Put them on a baking sheet and cover again with cling film. Leave it like this for 50 minutes.
  11. After the required time has elapsed, grease the surface of the blanks with whipped yolk.
  12. Then we put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 7-10 minutes.

  • flour - 500 g;

  • refined sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • vanilla - ½ tsp

Instead of milk, you can add kefir in the amount of 120 g.

For the nut filling:

  • butter - 25 g;
  • walnuts - 100 g;
  • granulated sugar - 40 g;
  • milk to dilute the filling - ½ - 2 tbsp. l.

How to make buns with nuts

Recipe for buns with walnuts step by step:

Dough:

  1. Sift flour into a large bowl.
  2. Dissolve yeast in a cup of warm milk.
  3. Add granulated sugar and vanilla to milk and yeast. Mix well with a fork or whisk.
  4. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl with flour. Mix a little.
  5. Add salt and soft butter to the contents.
  6. Knead the dough. It should turn out elastic, soft and uniform, without lumps.
  7. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place.
  8. Let the dough rest for about 2 hours. The volume of the product in the bowl should increase at least 2 times. During this time, a suitable dough is lowered several times, and on the third or fourth rise, they begin to sculpt buns.

If there is a bread maker operating in the "Dough" mode, then yeast pastry dough can be cooked in it. To do this, the ingredients should be folded into the pan of the bread machine, select the appropriate mode and leave for 1.5 hours.     Knead the yeast and mix with a small amount of lukewarm water to dissolve it.

    Pour the yeast and sour milk into the bowl of the bread maker. Add peanut butter to it.

    Now add the dry ingredients to the bowl: both types of flour, salt and sugar.

    Select the yeast dough kneading mode. In this recipe, manual mode was used: 6 minutes for the first batch, 20 minutes for rest, 12 minutes for the second batch and 1 hour for dough fermentation (bread machine Binatone BM-2068).
    While the first batch is in progress, chop the peanuts.

    During the second batch, add the peanuts to the dough.

    The finished dough after fermentation will be tender, soft, very fluffy and filled with thousands of air bubbles.

    Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 parts.

  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 500 milliliters of warm milk;
  • 50 milliliters of sunflower oil;

  • 400 grams of any roasted nuts;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 200 grams of sugar (for the filling).

  1. Mix yeast with a few tablespoons of sugar and take the same amount of flour. Mix all this with warm milk and let stand for five minutes in a warm place.
  2. Pour the sifted flour into a blender bowl or bowl. Add the remaining sugar, vanilla, salt to it and mix. Then add milk with yeast and mix.
  3. The dough has become a homogeneous consistency, it's time to introduce sunflower oil into it. Put the dough mixed again in a bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

  5. Grind the roasted nuts (I have peanuts) with a blender to a large crumb.
  6. Add softened butter and sugar to them, which we separately set aside for the filling. We mix everything until smooth.
  7. We roll up the risen dough and divide it into three parts. We give each part of the dough the shape of a rectangle. We do this with our hands, slightly wetting them with sunflower oil.

  9. We twist each strip twice: on one side and on the other. Let the buns rest for 15 minutes.
  10. We transfer the buns to a baking sheet and send them to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, to bake.
  11. The buns turned brown. Test their readiness by piercing the dough with a toothpick. If it is baked, take them out of the oven.
