Dua for sadness. Sadness and sadness - only intrigues of the devil? dua for grief and sadness

home / Repair and care

Question: Our life is full of ups and downs, joyful periods are replaced by times of sadness. And of course, we strive to overcome moments of sadness as quickly as possible and prolong happy moments. Are there any duas that encourage this?

Answer:

It should be noted that these mood swings do not have a significant effect on the one who realizes the true essence of being, for a person who believes in the Lord completely relies on his Creator - the Creator of all things, and knows that sorrows and joys are sent down only as a test in this fleeting world. True happiness and peace awaits only in the eternal world, and a Muslim strives for it.

And in order to worthily pass the trials of the mortal world, the believer tirelessly turns with a prayer (dua) to God, relying only on Him alone. Dua is a weapon of a Muslim and helps him survive all the vicissitudes of worldly life. The one who knows the power of the dua will never leave it, sincerely turning again and again to the One Who always hears us and listens to our prayers.

We bring to your attention a series of duas from the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, which are addressed in moments of sadness and sadness.

Dua from sadness and sadness No. 1

"Allahumma Inni 'Abduc Ibnu' Abdik Ibnu Amatic Nazyati Biyadic, Moin Fiya ẍUkmuk 'Adlyon FIA ḱАḓAUK, Asialyuk Bikulli-Smin Havalka Summita Bows Nafsak Aval Allahu Fi Kitabika AV' Allamita Aẍadan Ming Chalḱik, Avista ҫ'artii Fi" Ilmi-L-ґaibi 'indaka an taj'ala-l-Ḱurana rabi'a ḱalbi va nura ĉadri va jala-a huzni va zahaba hammi'.

Meaning: “O Allah, indeed, I am Your servant, and the son of Your servant, and the son of Your servant. I am subject to You, Your decisions are binding on me, and the judgment You have pronounced on me is just. I conjure You by each of Your names, by which You called Yourself, or revealed it in Your Book, or revealed it to any of Your creations, or left it hidden from everyone except You, to make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest and the cause of the disappearance of my sadness and the cessation of my anxiety!

From Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) it is reported that the Prophet ﷺ said that if one who suffers anxiety or sadness reads this dua, then Allah the Great and Almighty will certainly save him from grief and replace his sadness with joy. When people asked: "O Messenger of Allah, should we learn these words?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, “Of course. Whoever heard them should learn them” (Imams Ahmad, at-Tabarani, Ibn Hibban).

Dua from sadness and sadness No. 2

اللهُ رَبِّي لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ

"Allahu rabbi la shara lahu."

The life of any person is unstable, it has white and black stripes. It is full of joyful and sad events, happiness is replaced by sadness, joy is replaced by sadness. However, a true Muslim believer realizes that worldly life is temporary, and the true abode awaits him in Ahirat.

Realizing this helps a Muslim to always cope with sadness, sadness and other difficulties that he meets on his way. Moreover, a Muslim has the most powerful weapon given to him by Allah himself - dua. He can use this weapon in almost any situation.

If to be sincere in prayers and meet all conditions, dua is able to do the impossible: to avert sadness, sadness and many troubles that befall people. And in joy, and in sorrow, and in prosperity, and in poverty, the doors of Allah are open, and the prayers of the believer who turned to Him, showing humility, will certainly be accepted.

From Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) it is transmitted that once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“Let the one who is overwhelmed by anxiety or sorrow call upon Allah and say:

I turn to You with each of Your names, by which You called Yourself, sent down in Your Book, revealed to any of Your creations or left it hidden from everyone except Yourself, and I ask that the Qur'an be the light of my chest, the spring of my heart, and also the reason for the disappearance of my sadness and the cessation of my anxiety«.

One of those who heard this exclaimed: “O Messenger of Allah, the one who underestimates these words will be deprived!” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

أجل فقولوهن وعلموهن، فإنه من قالهن التماس ما فيهن أذهب الله تعالى حزنه، وأطال فرحه

"Yes, that is right. Say them yourself and teach them to other people, and, verily, Allah Almighty will eliminate sorrow and prolong the joy of the one who begins to pronounce these words in the pursuit of the good that they contain in themselves. ( Ibn As-Sunni)

Sadness and sadness are inevitable, at times they penetrate the heart of a person, causing him to suffer and burst with pain. But Allah does not leave his slaves, they can always appeal to Him for help.

Sadness, sadness and anxiety and other troubles are almost inevitable in the life of any person, at times they make the human heart suffer and burst with pain. But Almighty Allah does not leave his slaves, they can always turn to him for help. Therefore, read these and other duas more often, because the Almighty promised to answer our prayers.

Question from Elina:

I heard that sadness and sadness are the result of the instigations of Satan, is it really so?

Answer:

Our life does not consist only of eating and drinking, work and play. Man was not created for an aimless existence and satisfaction of his needs. Allah Almighty said in the Qur'an: "I created jinn and people only so that they worship Me" (al-Zariyyat 51/56).

Allah also said: “(Allah is) Who created death and life, in order to test you and see whose deeds will be better. He is the Mighty, the Forgiving” (al-Mulk 67/2). Throughout our lives, we face a huge number of trials. Through these trials, Allah Almighty tests our loyalty to Him.

In another verse, Allah Almighty said: “Do not relax and do not grieve while you will be on top if you are really believers” (Ali Imran 3/139). That is, you can not be sad! Many people may say, “How can you not be sad? After all, this is a natural feeling for a person. However, this verse warns us against sorrow, and this decision has no interpretation. It is Satan who is trying to inspire us with different interpretations. Since he wants a society of pessimists to arise who do not trust in Allah, and who are not able to properly assess His strength and power.

A believer is one who puts his trust in Allah in everything and knows that absolutely everything is under His control. Allah creates everything for the benefit of the believers. Informing us that what seems to be evil to us can actually be good for us. A person who trusts in Allah cannot grieve. Satan is trying to make us forget about it, instilling in us that sadness is a natural feeling for a person.

In another verse, Allah Almighty says: “... and Allah rewarded you with sorrow for sorrow, so that you do not grieve for what you missed and for what struck you. Allah is aware of what you do.” (Ali Imran 3/153)

In this verse, Allah indicates that sorrow is not befitting of a believer. And he wants us to be completely obedient to Him, and in everything to trust only in Him. And in order to cultivate this in believers, He subjects them to various trials and difficulties.

When a person is beset by difficulties and calamities, he immediately begins to cry out to Allah with prayers, but when the calamities pass, the person again falls into negligence. Whereas through every calamity, Allah wants to bring this slave closer to Himself. All tests show how merciful Allah is to us. If people did not have these trials in their lives, then perhaps they would never turn to repentance.

In a difficult moment, a believer should first of all be grateful to Allah for putting him to the test in order to bring him closer to Himself. Then, one should always remember that in everything that Allah creates, goodness is hidden, even if at first glance it seems evil to us. No hardship lasts long. In Surah al-Inshirah, Allah Almighty informs us that after difficulties there always comes relief.

Allah Almighty said in the Qur'an: "Do people think that they will be left and not subjected to temptation just because they say:" We believed "?" (al-Ankabut 29/2). For a believer, every test is a barakah and a means of approaching Allah. It should never be forgotten that Allah does not impose on a slave beyond his capacity. He is our only friend and patron.

Allah Almighty said in the Qur'an: “Allah is the Protector of those who believe. He brings them out of the darkness into the light” (al-Baqarah 2/257).

The life of any person is unstable, it has white and black stripes. It is full of joyful and sad events, happiness is replaced by sadness, joy is replaced by sadness. However, a true Muslim believer realizes that worldly life is temporary, and the true abode awaits him in Ahirat.

Muslim magic is special, and for some reason it is rarely mentioned. Meanwhile, it is in Muslim magic that there are many effective conspiracies that can help solve a wide variety of problems. The main thing is to believe that Muslim conspiracies are shrouded in a special mysticism that can create real miracles. It is also equally important to learn how to read Muslim conspiracies correctly. After all, spells will be effective only if they are pronounced in the Muslim language.

Magic intertwined with religion

Relationship between religion and magic

The Muslim religion and magic are very closely related. It seems to the uninitiated that Islam is a very strict religion. Actually, it is. But bright magical actions today have become part of Islam. For example, when treating Muslims, they use not only herbs, water, but also verses of the Koran, Muslim conspiracies and prayers.

There are some magical actions that are allowed by Sharia - reading prayers on water, blowing. It is believed that even the Prophet Muhammad once performed these actions.

There is another feature of the Muslim religion: conspiracies are very similar to incantational prayers. Also, Muslim conspiracies have similarities with conspiracies used by Christians.

At the same time, no one cancels prayers, which Muslims call doga or doha, dua. True, with regard to prayers, knowledgeable people emphasize that in Islam there are two types of prayers. Some are canonical, that is, permitted by Sharia. Others are non-canonical, that is, folk, apocryphal.

Types of prayers and conspiracies

Types of conspiracies and prayers

Muslims share several types of prayers. In particular, Muslim conspiracies and prayer spells are:

To remove the evil eye, damage,

To get rid of the curse, fear,

To acquire wealth

To expel evil spirits (shaitans, genies, peri),

On the way to the authorities,

Moreover, Muslims, as a rule, are not limited only to reading prayers. They also perform rituals and rituals, make talismans that they use to get rid of a problem or protection.

How to read prayers and conspiracies

Rules for reading prayers

Muslims put forward many requirements for the use of dogs, that is, conspiracy prayers. So, to get the desired result, you should:

  1. Read the prayer the number of times indicated in the plot. If these data are not specified, then it is necessary to read the plot 3-5 times.
  2. When reading a conspiracy, you need to look in the direction of the qibla, that is, masjidul haram mecca.
  3. The utterance of any conspiracies is allowed only after ablution.
  4. When reading conspiracies and prayers for water, after each reading of the conspiracy, you should gently blow into the water.

Protective spell

You can perform a magical ritual that will form a kind of shield around the body, protecting the physical and etheric body from negative influences.

So, the ritual with the reading of the plot is carried out for three days - at dusk from Tuesday to Thursday. It is important to learn how to quickly and correctly pronounce the Ibnu Alvan spell. The difficulty lies in the fact that the conspiracy must be pronounced 100 times without interruption - no more, no less. To be effective, you need to say the cherished spell a thousand times on Thursday, and between midnight and six in the morning.

It is difficult, but the result will exceed expectations. It remains to be added that subsequently the conspiracy of Ibn Alvan will need to be repeated three times a day in order to maintain the magical effect of invisible protection.

So, the conspiracy of Ibnu Alvan sounds like this:

“Allahumma salliimnaa buumi valmundhiiri valkanuuni valbunduuki vassilaahi vanahvihaa muddata hayaaa tinaa, allahumayal kulla maa askhaabanaa minal-hadiido maaan saailan vamin-ghairihi habaa an mantsuuraa.”

Conspiracy from sadness, longing and anxiety

Increasing your happiness

“O Allah, indeed, I am Your servant, and the son of Your servant and the son of Your handmaid. I am subject to You, Your decisions are binding on me, and the judgment You have pronounced on me is just. I conjure You by each of Your names, which You called Yourself. or sent it down in Your Book, or revealed it to someone created by You, or left it hidden from everyone except You, make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest and the reason for the disappearance of my sadness and the cessation of my anxiety!

It is necessary to pronounce the conspiracy like this:

“Allahumma, inni 'abdu-kya, ibnu 'abduk-kya, ibnu amati-kya, nasyati bi-yadi-kya, madyn fiya hukmu-kya, 'adlun fiya kadau-kya, as'alu-kya bi-kulli ismin hua la-kya summitata bi-khi nafsa-kya, ay anzalta-hu fi kitabi-kya, ay 'allyamta-khu ahadan min halky-kya au ista'sarta bi-hi fi 'ilmi-l-gaibi 'inda-kya an taj 'ala-l-Kur'ana rabi'a kalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jala'a huzni wa zahaba hami!

Conspiracy to protect children

“U’izu-kuma bi-kyalmati-Llahi-t-tam-mati min bought shaitanin, wa hammatin, va min bought ‘aynin lammatin”!

Translated, this means:

“I resort to the perfect words of Allah so that they protect you from any shaitan, and insect, and from any evil eye!”

Muslims believe that the Messenger of Allah once said these words over al-Hussein and al-Hasan. Therefore, they always protect their children with such a conspiracy.

Six useful and real steps to get out of depression

Depression is a condition that affects a growing number of people around the world. It can happen to anyone, regardless of nationality, education, social status and faith. Although there is nothing to be ashamed of, people suffering from depression usually endure silently for fear of being labeled as "mentally incapacitated."

I would not recommend diving into the blogosphere as a way out of depression, people usually get so stuck in these blogs that they can’t even get out of there. In general, a walk around the bazaar (not to be confused with shopping), a common bazaar where they sell rosaries, books and many different useful things, it is desirable that the bazaar be Muslim, or at least that Muslims be present there, then the atmosphere in the head a person changes both his internal and external state. I can also recommend the book Aid al-Karni - Do not be sad, all this is well described there.

Not always sadness, sadness and despondency can be cured with intimate conversations. During severe stress caused by war, persecution by authorities, information attacks, a number of important micronutrients "burn out" in a person. In particular, vitamin B. It's like in the case of a lack of heat, start heating everything wooden in the house in order to survive. Then, when the problem is solved, it turns out that the furniture has gone somewhere :) So is vitamin B "burned out" by the body in the body. The absence of which increases nervousness, makes a person weak.

If the stress was long (like the reforms of the 90s, or military operations in the Caucasus), then the course is almost mandatory. Like a tractor if your car is stuck in the mud. By yourself, by talking, suggesting, persuading yourself beloved, you can’t help here. We need outside help. And in Western (large) dosages. Which are 10 times more than ours. And of course vitamins must be halal. If your friends happen to be going to Australia soon, for example, you can order them :)

The Prophet (savs) if he had a guest and the matter concerned Sharia, he devoted the 3rd part of his time to the guest. Then he stopped talking.

If you do not sleep from 10 to 2 at night, then nothing will help. Doctors would say lack of serotonin.

With us, everything is simple: go to bed early, get up at 3 o’clock for tahajjud, you will have enough serotonin and neurotransmitters. And the mood, and nur on the face, good spirits. Especially now in the winter it is not difficult.

Do you have many acquaintances who often read tahajjud?

As for tahajjud, I read that it needs to be done constantly, and not sometimes, but constantly, unfortunately it does not work.

And you're right about micronutrient deficiencies.

InshaAllah, cumin oil is better than any chemical trace elements, all the more there is confirmation in Islam. If it is difficult for someone to drink it, they are available in capsules.

There is so much work here, relatives, friends, acquaintances, neighbors are drowning in the swamp of jahiliyah, what depression and sadness can be when you have fard to exhort them in the best possible way, and for this you need to acquire knowledge! Depression is not for Islam and not for Muslims! If you are not with us yet, then we are waiting for you brother, sister!

the problem concerns everyone, regardless of religion, which is why in recent times Muslim scholars have also been writing not only articles on this topic, but also books, for example: "Do not be sad"
