Steel hot rolled sheet

Steel hot-rolled sheet thick GOST 14637-89 is produced with a thickness of 4-16 0 mm of various widths and lengths. Maximum width 600-1800 mm, length 2-8 meters. Tonalist Steel GOST 16523-97 has a thickness of 0.5 -3.9 mm, a width of 200-2300 mm. The sorting corresponds to GOST 19903-74. Supplied in the form of sheets or rolls. There are two types of this product: with edged and unedged edges.

Hot-rolled sheet from low-alloyed or carbon steel, the chemical composition of which must correspond to GOST 380-94. Steel hot-rolled sheet is produced by treating the pressure of the heated metal in the calibrated or smooth rolls.

In some cases, the surface of the sheet rolled is subjected to additional processing to give it the corresponding properties. Production of steel hot rolled sheet is carried out by the most modern technologies. It is manufactured on the most modern equipment, which is the newest achievement of scientific and technological progress. Due to this, a durable, which has durability during operation, product.

The main technological operations of rolling production are as follows: Preparation of the source material, heating, rolling and finishing. In preparing the starting material to rolling, various surface defects are removed from it, which increases the output of the finished rolled steel. This operation is especially necessary when rolling high-quality carbon and alloy steel. Compliance with the installed metal heating regimes before rolling, individual for each brand or steel stamps group, right choice The temperatures of the beginning and end of rolling, as well as the compression mode affect not only the quality of the steel hot-rolled sheet, but also on the performance of the mill. Violation of this metal heating can lead to the receipt of unsatisfactory mechanical properties of finished rental to marriage.

When rolling, the initial and final temperature is controlled, the specified compression mode. During the process itself, it is carefully checking the settings of the valve by observing the size and shape of the rolled; caliber condition; Installation and condition of surface valve fittings. In the rolling process, the effort is measured, which makes it possible to fully use the power of the mill. To monitor the condition of the surface of the steel hot-rolled sheet, samples are regularly taken. Sometimes they are subjected to etching and after that further inspect. The main surface control is carried out before cleaning the rolling.

Three samples - for testing for impact bending with a concentrator of the type V;

One sample - for bending test.

Samples for testing sheets and rolls, except for samples for testing for impact bending types 11 and 13, cut across the rolling direction. Samples for testing for impact bending types 11 and 13 - along the rolling direction.

In the manufacture of samples for testing for impact bending, one of the sample faces corresponding to the surface of the rolling is left untreated.

4.3. Testing tests are carried out according to GOST 1497.

4.4. Impact bending tests are carried out according to GOST 9454.

For rolled thickness 4 - 9 mm - on samples of type 3 or 13;

a thickness of 10 mm and more - type 1 or 11. For rolled out a thickness of 4 - 10 mm, made with a deviation to minus tolerance, the shock viscosity is determined on samples of thickness equal to the thickness of the rolled.

4.5. Impact bending tests after mechanical aging are carried out according to GOST 7268.

4.6. Bending test is carried out according to GOST 14019.

4.7. When testing the hire on the impact bending, it is not allowed to reduce the values \u200b\u200bof the shock viscosity on one sample by more than 30%, while the average value should be not lower than the established norms.

4.8. It is allowed to use non-destructive, including statistical methods for controlling the rental when ensuring accuracy and reliability not lower than those achieved by the methods provided for by this standard.

In case of disagreement in assessing the quality of rolled and during periodic tests, control methods provided for in this standard are used.

4.9. Control of solidness of sheets - according to GOST 22727.

Scan type (solid or discrete linear) sets the manufacturer.

The depth of the bonding zone when controlling the maximum permissible length of unbleasies should be at least 50 mm.
