49. Remove the camshaft sensor bracket (see illustration 6.48).

50. Turn the crankshaft to combine the holes on the camshafts of the camshaft and the pump with holes on the engine housing and screw the mounting bolts (see Conference) M6 into the appropriate hole of the camshaft wheel and M8 into the Wheel of the TNVD drive.

51. Remove the engine crankcase protection () and check the combination of labels - with screwed mounting bolts, the label on the crankshaft pulley must match the pin on the oil pump lid.

Note: When the crankshaft pulley shot, the label on the drive toothed wheel should coincide with the tide on the oil pump lid.

If the labels do not match, you need to adjust the distribution phases () - pre-remove the toothed belt.

52. At the end of the inspection, install all the ones with the components in place.

Z13DTH engine

53. Remove 2 corks from the camshaft housing (see Con. Illustration). Clean the threads and screw into the opening of the fixing studs (Opel-EN-46781) - at the end of the lying setting on the outer side, the studs should be located horizontally. If necessary, apply a label on the studs.

54. Turn the crankshaft clockwise so that spring-loaded fixing studs are fixed.

ATTENTION: When turning the crankshaft, the assistant must ensure that the fixing studs are not rotten!

55. Insert the Opel-EN-46785 pin into a special hole on the RCPP (see Sopir. Illustration), slightly rotating back-back the crankshaft so that the pin goes into the hole on the flywheel. If the pin is not inserted into the flywheel, it is necessary to adjust the phases of gas distribution.
