At negative departure on the contrary, the mating plane is displaced to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle itself, and the disk "sticks out" outward.

The overhang of the standard "seven" disc is + 29 mm. However, this parameter provides a standard deviation in one direction or another, equal to 5 mm. In other words, discs with an offset from + 24 to + 34 mm are suitable for the VAZ 2107. The overhang is measured in millimeters and is indicated on the marking as follows: ET 29, ET 30, ET 33, etc.

Center hole diameter

Any rim is designed for a certain size of the hub, or rather, its centering flange. It is on it that the disc is mounted with its centering hole. The "sevens" discs have a central hole 58.5 mm in diameter. This is referred to in the standard marking as "DIA 58.5". The second option is only suitable for discs with the same number of bolts and a slight deviation from the diameter of the circle on which they are located. During installation, of course, there will be problems with tightening the bolts in the final stage. It will not be possible to fully tighten them, because of which the wheel will dangle in motion. But this problem can be solved with the help of special bolts with an offset center. They can either be bought or ordered from a familiar turner.

Drilling

Such a parameter as drilling is necessary so that the car owner, when buying discs, is not mistaken with the size of the mounting holes. If they are larger than the diameter of the bolts, the disc will not sit tightly, and will begin to dangle over time. If they are smaller, the bolts simply will not fit into the holes. Diameter of holes for fastening bolts in standard disks"Seven" is 12.5 mm. For fixing, bolts of the M12x1.25 type are used.

What cars are suitable for VAZ 2107 wheels
