Where is thick, where empty. The paper is glued to the lids like reliably, the plate of the bypass valve is made of rubber, and not from the rigid plastic - all this is right, but if there is rust and uneven laying of paper, can it be considered a TSN with a high-quality filter?

Judging by the sticker on the packaging and inscriptions on the filter housing, the responsibility for the product is carried by TD "TSN-Auto" (Russia), but the site of the specified trading house does not give clarity, where the TSN is produced.

Differences from TSN are visible to the naked eye. In the groove under the outer seal there are traces of contact welding. To measure the inner diameter, it is required to cut the filter element. So, we take again for the "Bulgarian". And here TSN presented a new surprise. It turned out that it is not necessary to cut it at all, the check valve easily removed by hand! But why without the destruction of the filter element you will not do in all other filters? Apparently, we have another "minus in Karma" TSN.

The internal diameters are the same - 44 mm, the number of ribs in TSN - 65, and in "Nevsky" - 61. It seems to be a little rehabilitated, but it is very similar to that its manufacturer still saved on paper. With the same diameters, the height of the filter element TSN is 28.5 mm, the "Nevsky filter" - 33.2 or 34.1 mm depending on where to measure!

It was clearly visible on the deformation of the ribs of the accordion just in the place where the height of the filter element is minimal. There is also a noticeable dent.
